No. 20 degrees, just like PS22 on beam except it only does forward. Yes the PS21-TR mount works with it.

My Pano is still not working right and I spoke to Garmin. I am going to test my 70dv and Ps21-TR on a friends boat to try to determine which is the prob.
IF I need a transducer I might get a -TM in stead of a -TR. PS-31 is my only other option with the old 70dv.
If I could find a good deal on a 30 or 31 I'd sell you my 21
I still need to see if that is the prob or the MFD. I will prob get the -TM if I need one
