Sho prop on Sterling bass boat

Anyone had any trouble with sho propeller on sterling bass boat.
I have spun the rubber hub three times now with my 250 SHO on my boat. Prop runs great but this is getting old.

I ran two different 27t1s on mine without issue. However, I did not put a ton of hours on them either.

Could the rubber be getting hot from exhaust gases?
