2006 225 sport xs

hesitation off idle. last 1-2 seconds then picks up like normal.
plugs changed and injectors flowed cleaned 20 hours ago.
runs fine through all rpm ranges no surging or hesitation.
any ideas where to start. engine has 100 hours.
never ethanol in motor always used dons cocktail.....

Fuel filter changed?
Fuel lines/bulb/pulse pump replaced/rebuilt?
TPS and MAP sensors checked/verified?
Any PROP changes in the recent history (or even the slightest of prop damage)?

filter changed at same time injectors cleaned etc.
not so sure of tps and map sensors checked at that time.
prop change a few weeks ago but previous trips no issues.
did have extra person gear at 200 lbs...
back this afternoon to run again solo.

It could be as simple as PVS plugs. I had the same symptoms on a 200 ProXS. I switched props and it went away. I had the "problem" prop drill with extra vent holes and it went away with that one too.

+1... given there was a prop (and then weight) change, it's likely the PVS (or prop).
