    Volvo xc 90 towing

    Anyone ever use an xc 90 for towing? Love the vehicle but not sure it will pull the TR 21. Thanks in advance

    You'd want to investigate the tow ratings.

    The XC90 is predominantly a front wheel drive vehicle, but all wheel drive is an option. If FWD, it can be pretty marginal towing out of a steep, slick boat ramp.

    It just wouldn't be as good as a rear wheel drive vehicle, and most of those are pickup trucks. Relatively few SUV's are rear wheel drive today.
