    Ignition switch

    I have a 84 ranger 373v with a mercury motor serial OB332254.

    I went to bass pro and was told I needed to contact ranger to find the correct ignition switch ( in dash ). I did some Google searches and found this part number 87-88107A5, is the the correct switch for my motor?

    It will work for most- there are other choices as well (folks in the Parts Departments are usually quite well versed in key switches).
