    1994 Hydra-Sports LS 205

    I have a 1994 Hydra-Sports LS 205 which has a 1994 200 HP Johnson mounted which I believe weighs around 454 pounds. Anyone know if the transom / hull would support a new 225/200 HP outboard that weighed 505 pounds? Trying to determine the impact of the additional 50 lbs.

    Does your boat have gussets on the inside....transom to floor?

    My 1999 hydra sport LS 205 has a 225 HO Johnson on it if that helps any, I’m thinking it weights somewhere around 475 pounds
    guess you could add 2 ,, 12 foot talons, and brackets coming off jackplate another 75 pounds.
