If your lure is a blade bait made by Heddon then it’s probably a Sonar, the Heddon Sonic is a lipless crankbait. If it is a Sonic I’d say $10-$20 nib. My 2 cents.

Actually 431. I have quite a few. Grab them when I can. I don’t think they have much resale value but I like to fish them
