    Elk hunt

    New Mexico elk hunt with my son. My son's elk was a 700 yard shot.

    what was the Elk shot with at 700 yards? Man that's a long shot.

    Yes it was long shot. The wind was blowing 10 mph so we had 32 inches of wind drift.

    Those Gunwerks guys know their stuff. Their rangefinding and wind drift system is top notch.

    Really, you had to shoot 700 yards, no way to actually hunt the elk.

    Hunting mountain ravine with little to no trees. I killed miy Elk at 243 yards but no way to get any closer to the Elk my son killed.
