    Carp Nets

    I saw five big jugs strung across Ginger yesterday I presume it was carp nets, any one else see it?

    I say them also...it was a trot line..saw the guy that put it out checking it......he was checking it again today.

    Never seen any one use three gallon jugs before on trot lines. He had it stretched across some good crappie holes !!

    I see why you didn’t get a bass bite one the other day. You were Crappie fishing. When my dad was alive he always marked his with Clorox jugs. Said he had to much time and money invested in them and he wanted them to be seen

    I thought it was a gill net also until I saw the guy in the small john boat pulling up the lines and taking fish off.
