Actual Weight of a Z20 (curb weight)

As the title says, looking for someone with a Z20 that knows what it truly weighs. Not what it states on the website, already looked at that. I'm more interested in real world towing weight.

    Thanks,
    Waldo

They are not all Equal. So you need someone that has weighed it at a weigh station and you need to know all his variables. My experience the weight listed are fairly accurate, but as you stated that does not matter.

Your sure could get close by adding it all up.

Hull weight + motor weight + Trailer weight + (Gas * 6.3) + Batteries (65*4)+ trolling motor (ultrex weighs 88 lbs approx) + Estimated tackle weight.

if your 100-200 lbs off it don't matter...heck even 500.... Ur vehicle won't care. I would plan on 4500lbs total weight.

Saw a guy towing with a Chrysler last week.

Actually have a buddy with a 20 that is going to put his on a scale for me. Planning to get one in the Spring and trying to decide if I need to start shopping for a new tow vehicle too. Currently pull my Z7 with either a Chevy Silverado with the 4.3 V6 or a 2015 Ford Explorer. Both have 5,000 lb tow capacities.

Both will be capable. Package weight is just over 4000. Assume 4500.

The guys at BPS service center estimated mine at 4600 plus gasoline. My wife can pull it easily with her Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk.

My z8 is 4460# (full gas 68gallons, full dfi oil, 20 drinks, 30 rods, 100 pounds of tackle, 4 lead batteries, charger, 2-10' blades, 250 proxs, life jackets, throwable, fire extinguisher, 4-9" sonars paddle 112 fortrex, tandem glass fenders) no way my ex girlfriend's Cherokee trail hawk would pull it other than across my small town. Just my opinion
