    Shelbyville fall crappie bunching up

water temps have dipped below 60 and the crappie are starting to move back in the coves and creeks and bunching up on wood and brush. Caught at least 3 limits of nice fish Tuesday and most were in less than 5 feet of water. Jigs and tubes under a cork and a fair number tight lining same tube/jig. The more color the water had, the shallower the crappie were. Fun day.

They seem to still be scattered here for the most part. Not caught many in one area. But I know it’s coming pretty soon, first week of November last year it was on fire.
