Looking at installing talons on a 10” bob’s jack plate and I was considering ordering the painted jack plate.... this brings me to my question, has anyone had the aluminum brackets for the talons painted prior to installation to match?
See any concerns?
I would imagine that using a plastidip process would work on them just fine. The power poles brackets can come painted in black if I remember correctly.

Had mine powder coated black. Worked great and didn't chip while installing
A couple people have had them powder coated or anodized. Both look good
