Was supposed to post this earlier in the day but got busy and forgot. Coming down I24 and wondering what ramp is best . Used one last year on south side of lake not to far from marina but didn't look to secure. Any info appreciated. thanks guys/gals.

Shellmound or Marion county park, take your pick. Both are before the 24 bridge over the river. The ramp you used was Serodino, not a very safe place to leave your vehicle at.

The exit to get off at is where the big FIREWORKS sign used to be. A huge truck stop is presently under construction on the land between the northbound and southbound lanes--just before you get to the most beautiful rest area I've ever seen.
