    USB Charger Port

    New Caracal USB port seems to not be working. First time I used it and will not charge. Tried numerous cables and so forth. Is there a certain way it needs to be used? Tried with main power on and key turned on as well. Also appears to have an led light built in maybe that is not on as well. Thanks.

    I'm not positive, but I believe the ACC power needs to be on.

    Mine was tethered to the radio for a input source, if you have a stereo make sure its on also.
