Doesnt the rubber kill them ?
If it was mine it would
This has been going on up here for a few years. INDNR has posted a few notices about it.
I may be way off base but does it matter what color the vehicle is. Like are they damaging all black vehicles?
The 3 i know of recently were all black, but i cant say for sure
They aint got hands, set the hook
I dont think so, here is a release from INDNR

I've seen this happen a few years ago at the same ramp during one of our tournaments. They got a friend's truck, but his was a gray GMC. Scratched the crap out of it with their claws and tore up the rubber.
I just thought of something I forgot on my reply about talking to the park ranger...he said if you park at ramp#1 it would be best to go to the back gravel parking lot. Seems like the buzzards/vultures patrol the area next to the water looking for dead fish that wash up or someone who cleaned fish and disposed of the carcass. Parking near the picnic shelter keeps you away from areas where dead fish might be present and it also has a lot of human traffic. There is no guarantee you want get hit there but it's more likely to happen in the lot closest to the water.
Saw this last year at Fenton ramp on Ky. Lake.
