Try Simple Green. I used it on a aluminum boat years ago and it cleaned it up nice

My wife uses Clorox disinfecting wipes, she claims it works very well.
Sorry, my wife corrected me on what i posted she actually use Lysol wipes.
50/50 mix of water and vinegar. Just spray it on and wipe it off. My boat stays in the water for months at a time, and that's what I use to clean it up when I pull it out. Even my 8 year old daughter was able to clean it with the water/vinegar...though she was confused why we were cleaning it if it was just going right back in the water.
Spray foam scrubbing bubbles toilet bowl cleaner. You will be amazed and takes off hard water spots.
