    Chicken Leg Quarters

    Local store has them on sale, so plan on getting about 50lbs. I generally smoke them, remove all meat and vacuum seal to use all winter. Looking for seasoning/rub ideas. I have used John Henry Chicken Tickler, Bad Byrons rub and a Creole Seasoning. Any others I should try?

    Get John Henry Old Hickory Garlic and Nedra D. Mix 1 cup of each and 1 cup of the bad Byron. You'll not need another chicken rub
