How can you tell how far to the side of the boat are a school of crappie?

Put the cursor on top of the fish. The unit will tell ya how far away the cursor is

I usually hook one with a bobber and then see how far they go back to the school...LOL

LOL!!!! can tie a balloon with about 50' of string to a striper or sand bass and follow the school all day long.
