What do you base the "patsy" schedule on?? The fact that they beat a current top 5 team??? Along with a host of currently other ranked teams..??

Oregon State 1-7, Rutgers 1-7, TCU 3-4,Tulane 2-5, Penn State 5-2, Indiana 4-4, Minnesota 3-4, Purdue 4-3. Opponents record combined 23-36. Real tough schedule. LOL. Best opponent so far is Penn State who is also way overrated. Remaining schedule Nebraska 1-6, Michigan St. 4-3, Maryland 4-3, Michigan 7-1. These opponents are 16-13. Total record of opponents so far is 39-49. Michigan lost to Notre Dame who just barely beat Vandy, Ball State, and Pittsburgh.

Wow, didn't realize their opponents were that bad...Played 2 teams with a winning record and one of those two beat them.

Michigan 7-1(beat Mich St.), Ball State 3-5, Vandy 3-5, Wake Forest 3-4, Stanford 5-2 beat (USC & Oregon), Va Tech 4-2(beat nobody), Pittsburgh 3-4, Navy 2-5. Combined record of opponents 30-28. not very stout. LOL. Remaining opponents, Northwestern 4-3 (beat Mich St.), Fla St 4-3, Syracuse 5-2 (beat nobody), USC 4-3 (beat nobody). Combined record 17-11 is better than the beginning but still weak opponents. If they want to be considered for title contention, they need to play a tough schedule or get into a decent conference. Total opponents record is 47-39 better than Ohio State. Ball St., Vandy, Wake Forest, Navy, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, & Northwestern are powerhouses every year. LMAO

Ok...You seem to have all day to figure this out what is Alabama's numbers to this point??...I dont see a win over 1 ranked team so far being a glaring example of a tough schedule..Texas A and M at 16th

Common opponents Alabama 8-0 (UT lost 58-21) (Mizzou lost 39-10), Georgia 6-1 (Mizzou lost 43-29) (UT lost 38-12). Mizzou (4-3) schedule is UT Martin 1-9, Wyoming 2-6, Purdue 4-3, South Carolina 3-3, Memphis 4-4. Combined records 28-26. Tenn (3-4) opponents West Virginia 5-1, ETSU 6-2, UTEP 0-7, Florida 6-1, Auburn 5-3. Combined records 36-15. Neither Mizzou or Tenn look to be very good right now. The rest of the season will tell if either can finish strong.

That's not quite the same "analysis" as you did for Ohio or ND..... But that's OK, everyone already knows what the answer is.

Here is the rest BoatBuggy. Mizzou has left Florida 6-1, Vandy 3-5, Tenn 3-4, Arkansas 2-6. Combined records 14-16. Combined opponents total record 42-42. Tenn has left Charlotte 3-4, Kentucky 6-1, Mizzou 4-3, and Vandy 3-5. Combined records 16-13. Combined opponents total record 51-28. Not trying to be a smart azz just showing the true records. Compare these with Notre Dame,Ohio State and Penn State. Penn State opponents have a 27-24 record now and remaining opponents have a 17-13 record. Total combined record is 44-37.
