    I went over it at Franklin on 58 Thursday afternoon and it was high and muddy and looked to be moving pretty good.

    Nottoway high and muddy when I crossed today. Rt 258 near ramp. 2 rigs at ramp parking....one small like bream/crappie, the other I could not see well enough to determine type. River not up to dock surface, but still higher than usual...

    Went Wednesday, put off at Hercules ramp. High in the woods and running like crazy, stained to muddy. Idled thru the narrows and fish to Monroe Bridge. Caught 3. Hind site Blackwater would have been a better choice. Water temp was 52.
