NMEA2k Lowrance cable turning on Commandlink Gauges with Ignition Off

I just hooked up the Lowrance cable to connect my Commandlink setup to my NMEA2k network. My NMEA2k network is powered whenever my battery switch is on. When I turn on the battery switch, apparently powere is backfeeding through the NMEA2k/commandlink cable and turning on the power to my gauges and my Verado steering pump. What can I do to prevent this?

Got it fixed. All I had to do was clip the red wire coming out of the Commandlink plug to kill the 12v link.
