I fished Table Rock this morning from before daylight till noon and never put a fish in the boat and I’ve been fishing it for almost 20 years so 2.5 average sounds pretty good to me. The summer to fall transition is always a very difficult time to catch fish but when you add high pressure and blue bird skies, no wind, falling water levels and clear water to the mix it’s like making a check list for everything that kills the bite on that lake.

I haven't fished Table Rock much but I've never done well there. Give me Bull Shoals any day.
The BPT guys would have be catching them on every cast
