    Cowboy Candy

    We had a bunch of leftover jalapeños when we put the garden to bed for the year. Mrs. Chief made a few pints of Cowboy Candy. The leftover syrup is especially good on pork loin as well as apples. The available recipes are all very similar. It’s good.

    Jalapeños cooked in a sugar and vinegar syrup along with some other spices. You can can it, or it will last in the fridge a couple of months.
