    My Daughter got a travel trailer

    It needs new tires it is a 5000lb what ply tires does she need to be safe.

    how many axles ? D rated are 2200 lbs, so if a dual axle, D rated minimum IMO,, cause I am sure she will add water, food, gear, etc etc...
    This info should be on the data tag on the trailer though. My 2 horse LQ trailer is 4800 lb empty maybe 7500 loaded and came with D rated. Probably shoulda gone to E, but eh,, these lasted me 6 years. So replaced them with the same.

    The Goodyear Endurance tires are D rated. I have them on my boat trailer and they came on my 2018 Jayco trailer.

    Most new trailers will come with C. C will be easy to find and work just fine.
