The house is 18' x 60' = 1080 sq. ft (rough measurements). The house has new kitchen cabinets, new floors, new paint, new stove, new fridge, new microwave, new washer and dryer all in 2016. The price is 25K which is equivalent to $23 per sq ft. There isn't a better deal out there IMHO.

Correction house dimensions are 24’x60’ = 1440 sq ft which equals $17.36 per sq ft.
