    Hubbard Creek Lake

Looks like it might fill, creeks are over the road here and they all run into Sandy Creek, and I hear Hubbard Creek is high and wide. Just need about 3.4' to fill it.

... The rate of inflow shows to have increased in the last 24hrs, so I'm with you. Maybe over the weekend? Cisco has also come up a foot in the last 24hrs, but inflow is leveling off indicating Sandy is getting the runoff below Cisco's dam.

Most of the water is probably coming in from Hubbard Creek. Sandy levels off pretty quick, although it'll be running for days, it just slows down quicker than Hubbard.
