If it's like managing a large RV Park he will have to marry it,long hours,dealing with unhappy and complainers all the time.No matter how hard you try,you will never make everyone happy.
I can’t speak from an Operations Manager perspective. But, over the years I’ve had to deal with gated community folks on several occasion. And as stated above; they can certainly be some of the most impossible folks to deal with.
