    terminal tackle weight storage box

what is the best storage box for storing weights? I like the lure lock box but if you stand it on end everything gets mixed up together.

Bass Mafia 3700 Bait Coffin. NOT the terminal coffin, this is just the regular red and black 3700 size box. It's got way more compartments in it than every other 3700 box, and the dividers actually stay in place and hold things where you put them. $30 is a lot for just a box like that, but it works beautifully. I can put all of my terminal tackle - hooks, swivels, beads, sinkers, sinker pegs, etc - in one box.

Me too on the bass mafia box. Got my sinkers and hooks and jigheads all in one box. Waterproof and they stay where you put them.

Yah you really can't beat the coffin. Sure it's expensive up front for a box but the moment you put it on its side and nothing moves or you drop it and it doesn't break you both save time not having to reorganize and money because it didn't break.

think I have 63 of the Bass Mafia boxes. one for my terminal tackle and one of the deep 3700 size boxes that holds my crankbaits and even for the crankbaits they work awesome. gonna try out one of the Double Barrel boxes for my jerkbaits next

I also use the standard 3700 BM box for my terminal tackle and i accidentally put it to the test. Getting everything ready for a tourny in my partners boat i dropped the box from the deck of my boat on the trailer onto concrete. Nothing broke and everything stayed in place. They are expensive but theyre also all ill use anymore
They aint got hands, set the hook

3701 It's the thin 3700 size. It's perfect for terminal tackle and affordable.

I keep all my terminal tackle in a deep Plano 3700. All hooks in original bag, weights in small ziploc bags. plus all the other odds and ends.

I use pill bottles and write the weights on the lid, and keep those inside of Tupperware type sandwich boxes.

Bass Mafia. Well worth it if you carry lots of terminal tackle

Another vote for the Bass Mafia box. For anything BUT terminal tackle they aren't worth the cost to print their logo. But for that stuff, it's priceless. Mine probably weighs 7-10lbs with all the tungsten in it. That said, I have deviated a little bit.
My BM 3700 has all my bullet/flipping weights, worm/flipping/tube hooks, small swimbait jigheads, wobble heads, bobber stops, beads, swivels. My swimbait hooks and bigger swimbait jigheads are in a dedicated swimbait box, my dropshot hooks and weights have their own 3500 plano box, and my shaky heads are in a 3701 box with my 7" worms.

I got mine from home depot. It's a two sided box and the plastic is super thick. Maybe $10. I also use their other box for cranks. You can get 2 for $11 and they interlock.

I use the 3701. It’s thin but holds a lot of terminal tackle. It’s less bulky in the tackle bag and gives a little more room. However, I do like the looks of the BM box.
