    Found a deal on Duckett Ghost rods if anyone is interested.

    Saw on Sheltons clothing FB page that they are selling Duckett Ghost rods 2 for $120 shipped in PVC tubes. Looks like they have several models available if anyone is looking.

    they have all kinds of rods for sale other that ghosts. I was in there the other day, they do a lot of selling on their facebook page. the store has good deals on clothes also

    Yea I'm only 40 minutes from Shelton's rarely am up toward Moulton to go there, but they always have some deals. One of the better places to buy reels and rods

    Yea that same Hank Cherry Dude who didn't get an invite to the MLF/BPT evidently said on a Podcast they were Crappy Rods according to witnesses on the BBC so I'll pass as well even though the price is kinda right.

    I had one and it was just ok. For 60 bucks though they are worth consideration.

    Some people might not like Duckett rods, but my son and I don't seem to have any problems catching fish with them.

    Catch just as many on the Ducketts as we do with the Loomis and Falcons.

    I have bought a lot of red and reels from Shelton's over the years. Suggest calling and speaking to them in person. They usually have good deals that are not advertised.

    I have one Duckett. A ghost spinning rod that I use for small crankbaits. Does the job and bought it in sale but I will not buy another Ghost--to me just feels pretty cheap.

    Ive worked on them before. Just like most other big box store rods they are built to a price point. Not bad especially if you get them on sale.

    What ive seen with most of the big box brands is the guides are where they typically cheap out.
