    Quantum reel repair?

Anyone know of a shop that repairs Quantum baitcasters? The drag is gone on a few and one now back reels for some reason.

I just went throught the process of reel repair with Quantum and was extreamly disapointed to find out they only have parts from reels 3 years old. What they did for me was after sending them two $140 spinning reels for the inability to engage the back reel, offered me two $79 accurist for $59 . What a joke.

When you buy a Quantum reel just know it going to perform well for a few years and then most likely have one thing or another crap out. They have great engineers but horrible manufacturing practices.
