    Stratos 200 trailer

A few months ago I bought a new to me Stratos 200pro. I had to work out some mechanical issues with the motor, and now she runs great. My biggest contention with the boat was actually the trailer when I bought it. The paint was peeling, and just in general looked bad. I'm in the process of rehabbing it. I've already fixed the brakes, which were not existent when I got it.

    Here's the plan:
    All LEDs
Reweld rust spot in bottom in trailer
    Fix brakes
    New bunks with new carpet
    New bow roller
    New jack
    Linex trailer

Hopefully it should be wrapped up tomorrow when I get it back from linex.

    Here's some before pictures

Looks like you don't have much rust. You will probably be successful.

I do have a question on stickers. I would really like to put a stratos boats sticker back on, but not sure it would stick to the linex. Would the bubble stickers work better? Another idea we had was to take my friends plasma table, and cut an aluminum piece with about a 1/4" reveal of a stratos logo, pop rivet that on, then put the sticker on that. It's hard to explain, but I think it might look good and is be the only one with it.

Also, I picked the trailer up last night. I'm very pleased with the work they did at linex. To me, it looks great. I made a late night of it and got everything back on so I could pick my boat up this morning.

Pretty. I don't see why a pop riveted decal on a piece of aluminum wouldn't work.

I gotta ask what did LineX charge? How much if any did they do surface prep or did you have that already done?

I've had several pms about how it looks with the boat on the trailer. I just took a few pics. As far as pricing, I had everything done before I took it to linex. I removed the 2 tail lights once I got there, everything else was off. I think they may have scuffed the paint a little, and I know they hit the fenders with a little primer before they shot it with linex. But for the most part, I had everything ready to go for them. They charged me $300. I thought that was more than fair. It was the first boat trailer they had done, so I'm not sure if the price will go up.

Also wanted to give a shout out to iguana grafix, they made me some stickers for the trailer that turned out great.

Those were actually done by domed numbers. I didn't realize iguana did domed numbers until last week.

Not sure. It looks a little short. I just bought the boat about 2 months ago.
