    Changing Water Levels

I want to begin fishing a reservoir that I haven't fished since I got a couple of Helix 7 G2 Chirps (GPS/Sonar). The water level varies as much as 30 feet over the course of a year. My question is...will the units show the actual current water level each time I'm on the water without any adjustments? Thanks (BTW, I have Navionics Western Region cards in both units, and this lake is a mapped lake)

The map contours will be what it was when the lake was surveyed. There is no automatic water level adjustment no matter what mapping product you use.
There is no lake level adjustment setting for Navionics maps.
You can use the Depth Highlighting setting to have the land highlighted in blue if the level is lower than the survey, but that only works well if the map is HD.

Your sonar will show you how deep the water is.
