    Eufala?

We are having our classic this year on eufala. It will be October 27. Does anyone know how the lake is after the storm? Is the channel marked clearly? I have never been there before so any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't been in a coupe of years, but the channel is marked well, but a map card in your GPS unit makes it safer. If the wind gets up, it can really get nasty. The late, great Tom Mann told us that at a Guys and Dolls couples pre tournament meeting several years ago. Are you launching at the State Park ramp, if so, that's a great ramp facility.

You definetly need a map card. Last year they removed some of the buoys that were marking the channels in the creeks.

The problem is half of them are gone and what’s still there aren’t in the right places. Guess the current has moved them and they’ve never been moved back?

Mayor Tibbs told us last night that Eufaula got minimal wind damage but you.go south of here a few miles and it just goes from bad to hell...at the moment there are crews staying in Lakepoint that are working down in Florida.....that place needs all the help they can get...
