2005 200EFI Mercury hard to start

I got 05 200EFI Mercury # 1B043258. That cranks a long time before it wants to start. I installed new plugs, check spark, fuel pressure is around 50psi while cycling and set at 40psi when its done. Fuel pressure bleed down 4psi in 6min. I have battery voltage at the fuel pump, starting solenoid. last time I took the boat out the ignition switch did not crank the boat over, bump the key a couple of times and it started to crank. Not sure if that were my problem is. I bought this boat a couple of month ago it started great the first 3 or 4 times and the last couple times it been getting worth. Any suggestion I'm all ears.

Yes, check voltage at the starter, when the motor is not cranking.

Also load test battery and confirm it's actual tested rating (provide that here).

Check cannon-plug connector for clean pins, spread male pins slightly with exacto knife, reconnect and strap in place.

Can't stress the battery (and it's connections) enough.
