    Tensaw River

So we've got a T down there later this month and having never fished it, what are some challenges as far as navigation...mainly from a safety/water depth/condition standpoint? We will be putting in at Live Oak Landing in Stockton. Thanks for any input.

Being a river all you really have to worry about a rogue stump or log. I don't run in anything less than 8ft deep in tensaw. Do not run the gas line.

If you go down stream toward the lower delta/causeway there are numerous bays and sloughs that are very shallow and can only be navigated through channels or at high tide.
