Are there any design differences in a 21X series from say late 90’s to early 00’s to 2010 and up? Been doing a lot of looking and just curious. I know they made some changes in seats, but any size changes in the interior or exterior, changes in transom material, hull design, etc?
I think the x series of bullets have remained pretty much the same throughout the years as far as design is concerned. I don't know if they still use the balsa core materials now or if they are all composites. Why change a X if the legs are not broke.

I had a 1994 21xd. I have had a 2005 21xd since 2008. The only thing I can see that is different is the rod storage. I have a passenger side rod storage system and a center rod storage system from Bullet.. I do love my 21XD, ride, speed storage and STRIPE!!! I do have t admit that I really love the top cap on the new XRS and SS models. That Broken stripe looks good to me.

The post 95 models have a 3rd knee brace for motor support, but many people have no issues with just the 2 knee braces.

Thanks for the info. Just asking while I'm looking for a used one. Wasn't sure if the hull had been tweaked or the front deck or consoles maybe. There's just not a lot of used 21's out there and I have never ran across a brand that is all but impossible to compare different aged boats. Prices have no symmetry to them according to age of boat and the condition of bullets blow my mind. I've seen 1995's that look showroom and 2010's that look like they've never been covered and have 12 stray cats living nearby. Then you have no motors, mismatched motors, rebuilt motors. I guess you just have to have parachute on and ready to jump immediately. Lol

A RDC has a 2" higher deck than a XDC and the deck is longer by about 10", seems like it makes the center storage a little smaller, but seems like the deck is larger, and I may be wrong but I think my 2016 is a little heavier than my 2004
That's the R in the disc. The RDC and XRD boats both have the raised deck. The 20ft. Boats are the same I believe.
