    2008 Etec 200HO fuel pump

    Folks,

My rig has been in the shop for a month now! The marina is having an issue locating a fuel pump for this motor. The tech tried to order from BRP but they no longer carry this part!? Anyway the marina said if I can find the part they will gladly fix me up.

After some google searches I have confused myself.

    Model number E200HSLSE
    serial number 05236046

Can you help me find this bad boy so I can catch the last few weeks of my season!

Which fuel pump? Do you have a part number to speed up the process?

I just looked at boats.net under what I think is my 2008 200HO. Yep, Lift pump disco'd, Water/fuel sensor disco'd, Fuel filter housing disco'd. WTF is BRP doing, these motors are only ten years old and mine is strong as ever. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!

The part number is 5010821. I ordered one from Boats.net. They sent me an email last night that says my order is expected to ship on 10/15/18. Which is a surprise as I paid the extra $1.99 for expedited shipping. I am a little nervous that I will get a message from boats.net telling me that the part is no longer available.

I suppose I should start looking for an alternate source now. Any suggestions?

I am showing 2 part numbers for this also. Their receipt shows 5010821 but the webpage shows 5006063.

Part is back ordered. I had to make some calls but I found one at a dealer in Rhode Island. They estimate it will be here Tuesday! There is hope for the last bit of my fall season!

Your engine is a 2009 and if you are chasing a VST the correct P/N is 5006063 and in stock down here so not sure why it would not be in stock in the USA.

Not sure what you are looking at but the lift pump for a 2008 200HP HO is 5007312 and still available and in stock. The fuel filter sensor housing is 5005953 and same story, in stock and readily available.

BRP and Carter have went their separate ways and are no longer doing business with each other. There will no long be any Carter VSTs for any Evinrudes once BRP runs out that is it. For most applications BRP will have an update kit to take a Carter off and replace it with a Walbro. Ive already done updates on a G2 250 and a G1 150.

5010821 is probably the Walbro replacement, if it is be prepared it will look completely different then what you had.
