    Wiring Harness Protection?

I'm looking for some type of flexible tubing to run the wiring harness at the tongue of my trailer for protection. This is a swing-away tongue. I know they make the plastic corrugated flex for this; but I'm looking for something a little better. The original on my trailer was a plastic sleeve. Someone borrowed my wiring harness one day in the ramp parking lot and I need to replace it. Anyone know of something that would work really well for this or a place I might look. I've shopped on line and went to one trailer store; but have not found anything. Thanks

Query split loom on the internet. Local parts stores usually stock it. Once the wire is covered wrap color matched electrical tape every 6” or tape the entire length. Take care

most hardware stores have a variety of vinyl tubing. you will need to run the wires thru before attaching to the trailer end.
the expandable weave like used on rod protectors will make a good cover and you can work it over the end if its already attached.

Look at some of the trailer supply outlets. I thing I got mine from e-trailer. They sell formed insulated type trailer wiring for connection to a vehicle eliminating tape, splices, joints and everything else. Just buy it in the length you want and attach it to the trailer wiring harness.
