Just curious if anyone has tried or heard of performance differences with other than a stock lower unit on a Phoenix. How about a torque master? I’m coming from an Allison, and seeing some peoples numbers pushing 80, it seems someone would have tried it, unless the Phoenix is too heavy for this application.
I’ve wondered the same thing. A Sport or Titus coned may not have the lift butttt I wish someone would try it with a light load....there was a guy runnin a Sport on a 201 Stratos with some success.

Its possible but i think you would be restricted to a 4 blade. I had to make the same choice when I purchased a 250R. I went ahead with the torquemaster.
