    New to me x19

Brought home a 2015 x19 yesterday. Took the girls out for a boat ride this eve. Other than test driving it Friday morning this is really the first time out. I have to say i was very pleased with the ride. Gets on plane so easy. And the 4 stroke Yamie is so quiet my wife and I could have a conversation while on plane. I went aluminum feeling it just fits my lifestyle right now. I have 2 young girls and feels it's a better setup for some after work pond hopping
But still big enough and fast enough for all my tourney needs. It handled great and was very responsive.

    Congratulations.

You made a very good choice which will fulfill all of your needs adequately.

I am on my 2nd Xpress / Yamaha 4 stroke combo and very pleased with both of them.

When I drove it Friday I opened it up. Chinewalking isn't something you experience in a skeeter. Its alot of fun to drive and fast.

Congratulations It's nice to have another X19 in the region, you don't and won't see many around here.

    Great choice.

When you get really comfortable driving your rig and no longer experience chine walk, you have the option of flashing the ecu for a substantial increase in power.

I may be wrong, but I dont think you can flash the F200 for a increase like you can the 200 SHO. The F200 is a I-4 like the 150 SHO and 175 SHO. The 200 SHO is a big bore v6.

The f200 I4 can be flashed.

There is a YouTube video of one running 87 on an Xpress.

I'd be more than impressed to see a I-4 200 run 70 on a x-19 let alone upper 80's CJ

I stand corrected. It is a SHO.

    Thanks for chiming in.

I think 87 would be impressive for a 250 SHO on an Xpress.

T-Bob you certainly quelled the idea that any Xpress running over 65 chine walks. Seat time.

A 250 would be hard pressed to hit 85. The perfect set up, with pad work and a skilled driver maybe with a light boat. Like mine there maybe more to Bobs 200 than appearance! Cj
