    Bojio waters

    For those who never been there before couple issues you need to be aware of. Pillsbury point goes way out into the lake and is shallow. Usually has a bouy out on the end but they have been pulling those for winter. Give that area plenty of room. Also, if you go into lower gar lake and go under the bridge there is a concrete post just under water and when you idle trim up high.

    I have never seen this concrete post you're talking about going into lower gar. I would have thought that area would have been pretty clear of anything to hit. Scary for sure!

    I have found that if you just pay attention to your mapping (I have Navionics) then you are at least safe from running into unmarked shallow water.
