    Speed problems

    I have a 2002 Triton that had a 200 yahama hpdi when I blew it up the second time I bought a 200 sho I love this motor but I can’t get the speed that I got with the hpdi I ran a 25 pitch 4 blade on the hpdi I am tuning a fury 24 pitch on the sho

    Whats your rpms? Maybe go up a pitch? Ptp measurement may help too...
