    SHO on 2017 Pro XP whining/whistling

    Any idea what may cause the whistling/whining sounds on a 2017 SHO? 721 pro xp, 5900-6000 RPM, 26T2 prop, 12" Bob's hydraulic at 4.25.

    Noticed after top speed, when getting into marina. Low RPMs, low speed.Can hear nothing while on WOT.

    Usually it's the drive shaft. If you drop the lower you will see where a bushing rises on the shaft. Grease that area and the top and it will go away for a while
