    T1 vs. Tempest

    In general, does a T1 like to run lower than a Tempest? I’ve been running a Tempest and tried a T1 at the same height and was getting quite a bit of slip. Haven’t ever run the T1 before, but just got it back from Mark and he repaired it and I assume set it back to stock condition. 08 Skeeter ZX200 with 200 HPDI. 2.5” PTP with the Tempest. Both props are 25’s.

    The Tempest is 14 5/8 dia the T1 is 15 1/8 dia. . The T1 you should be able to run it a little higher . But if it’s slipping now , higher it will only get worse .
