Overlay Structure has been a feature for quite a while now, I think even on the Gen3's...and don't think you need 3D Ducer to do it, Actually think you can do it w/ an HDI, so long as you have a DS transducer...but maybe I am wrong.

Structuremap has been around a lot longer then that. :) And no, you can not do that with HDI as you need SideScan. So TotalScan, LSS or SS 3D is required.

The blue pic is what I’m use to seeing on my structure map. The beige pic is from the video. To me, the clarity difference is night and day. Has there always been this big a difference in clarity with the 3D transducer or did the new Genesis Live software improve the 3D structure map?
