Look for the clearest water you can find. They get shallow and tight to cover. I put s flipping rod in my hand and don’t put it down.
Gun Control..... Is hitting your target every time
Backs of creeks should be clearing... Just gotta watch for floaters on the main river... Dan
Went to Brook villa instead. 1 smallie, tough.
I,d rather be tried by 12 than be carried by 6
Too dangerous for me to fish, its been a bad year for the river.
So is the river still in bad shape? We have the IBF classic at Tanners this weekend and I hope its not that bad.
Westside has a tx there this Saturday.

The river is at 29.8 feet right now, and will be at 27 feet (which is about normal pool) by Saturday. I would think the creeks should be in good shape since we haven't got any additional rain lately... But the high of 58* on Saturday may mess with the fish a little... Dan
Just drove over the IN 275 bridge coming home from Louisville for the day, saw the red dye they dumped in. That will help lol. Still muddy, may head down Sunday.
Got to drive over some of the creeks today on the Indiana side... They look good... Dan
Thanks for the update, Dan. Probably head down Sunday.
Thanks Dan!
