Are you wanting original? Or could you get some measurements, and start looking for what will fit?
Second thought, call Moeller (or similar company?) And tell them what your looking for.

If it is a 20' Champ it is more than likely a 32 gallon tank. Inca made many of them, here is their contact info. They may or many not sell you one but it won't hurt to contact them. https://www.ndt.org/vendor.asp?ObjectID=42789

And if its a 20’ Champion then its a 201 model and the fuel tank doesn’t bolt or strap in. It just fits snugly...

    thanks for the replies

It is a 201 not 21" lol! Posting pics is a challenge so far I'll keep trying, anyway I prefer an OEM style unless there's some advantages to a different tank.
I measured 24" between the battery boxes it looks like about 14" tall to fit all the way forward and as long at 24"back towards the motor to leave room for access to the bilge and live well pumps.

Inca and Moeller are now the same company. Sea star solutions owns them both and they under one roof now. However if you call them, they will help you find a tank. Get your dimensions that you have for your tank to fit. Here’s their website that shows some that are readily available. http://moellermarine.com/product-cat...nt-fuel-tanks/

there are a few that would work if they are flat on bottom from 25-35 gallons

Do you have enough room for add-ons later? Would getting a smaller tank be better?

someone at the local boat shop told me to expect about 20 gallons/hr fuel use at WOT with this 225 motor if that's true and with the limited space already(24x24x14) I hope the fishings good near the gas pumps...

Here is a pic of my rear compartment. Notice that the fuel tank is against the transom facing forward. Mine is a 94’. In the older 201s, the fuel tank was reversed... up against the livewell partition facing aft.

It looks like two tanks in the pic but it is one single tank with the center up against the transom and under the splashwell.

Wow that is different! same basic area totally different layout I have the oil injection tank and two battery trays on the sides where your tank is. Seems like a good use of space though up against the transom

Originally, mine had the oil res next to the starting battery. I removed it and added a house battery.

Post a pic of your bilge area. Plenty of knowledge here to help you out.

My 250 burns around 27gal per hour at WOT. But that’s 75-78mph depending on load so not a lot of hour long runs for me.

I don’t think he’ll have any problem here in Az unless he goes to Powell or Mead or stays mutiple days on a lake. Our typical reservoirs just aren’t very big.
