    live well and baitwell

    do i need to pull tank to get to actuating arms when i close the valves there is , water still leaking by the shut off

    Mine does the same thing I put a plug in it I think it's a 5/8 plug and you can take it out when you want to drain

    What he said^^^. To answer your question though yes the tank needs to come out.

    Yes, you will need to pull tank to replace them. Also more than likely you have the T and H marine valves and they are no longer made. I got lucky and found a local place that still had a couple.
