    Cap gasket

My 75hp Opti, s/n 1B490737, had the gasket that goes around the cap on the cowling where you add oil, go bad. It ripped in half when I took the cap off to add oil. I found these two part numbers on the Merc site and I would like to know which one is the one that looks like black neoprene so I can order another one.

The cap doesn't fit tight and I don't want to run it and have it vibrate off. Thanks!
