    Late 90’s Xpress question

Were the H70 hulls of the late 90’s made from .100 gauge aluminum or .125?

    Thanks for all the replies

Finally got in touch with Xpress and they say .100 gauge. I was hoping for .125. So next question: can one have a welder reinforce the center v of the hull with an additional welded v-runner?

Was the hull one piece - with a smooth v center rather than an extruded keel?

I believe it was a welded center keel

I have almost no experience with Xpress, but the owner of this one told me over the phone it was a one piece hull while he looked at it. Doesn't matter either way most of the time, but my luck the lake will freeze solid for months this duck season
